Whereas, Georgetown of Ann Arbor Condominium Association is the condominium association that administers Georgetown Condominium of Ann Arbor, commonly known as 2736-2862 Page Avenue, a condominium described at Liber 4104, Page 959, Washtenaw County Records.

 

Whereas, Georgetown of Ann Arbor Condominium Association has signed a grant of easement for water mains, sanitary sewers, and appurtenances thereto, described as:

 

LAND BEING A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWN 3 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
