Title
Resolution to Approve Arlington Site Condominium Site Plan, 2.21 Acres, 1125 Arlington Boulevard (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 7 Yeas and 0 Nays)
Memorandum
Attached is a resolution requesting approval of the above site plan to allow the construction of a single-family dwelling at 1125 Arlington Boulevard. This parcel was part of a larger parent parcel that was previously divided into four separate parcels, which is the maximum number allowed without platting or site planning. In order to develop the parent parcel further, a site condominium site plan has been submitted. The subject 95,832-square foot parcel is sufficient in size to allow the existing dwelling and the new dwelling that is proposed.
The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of November 18, 2008, recommended approval of the site plan, subject to cleaning out the sediment after each rain event during construction.
