Resolution to Approve Schedule 33 to the Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services for Support Services for the Dell Compellent Storage Area Network with Washtenaw County ($41,560.17)

Attached for your review and approval is a resolution authorizing the approval of Schedule 33. This schedule is effective January 1, 2020 replacing Schedule 20. This agreement provides coverage until January 31, 2021. This agreement governs usage of the shared Dell Compellent storage system that provides storage capacity for the data center of the City of Ann Arbor. Washtenaw County maintains support maintenance with Dell EMC to provide protection to this critical infrastructure.
Budget/Fiscal Impact: The City's portion of the support agreement costs $41,560.17 and was planned and budgeted for in the FY20 and FY21 Information Technology Services Budget. FY20 costs are $19,181.62 and FY21 costs are $22,378.55 for a total of $41,560.17.

Whereas, Washtenaw County and the City of Ann Arbor entered into an Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services;
Whereas, The attached Schedule 33 to the Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services for primary internet services is essential to the city operations; and
Whereas, The City will be invoiced by the County for $41,560.17 and this amount has been budgeted in the FY20 Information Technology Services Budget ($19,181.62) and in FY21 Information Technology Services Budget ($22,378.55);
RESOLVED, That City Council approve the attached Schedule 33 to the Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services with the City of Ann Arbor as the subscriber and Washtenaw County as provider for storage services;
RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute said agreement after approval as to substance by the City Administrator and approval as to form by the City Attorney; and
RESOLVED, That the City Administrator be authorized to take all necessary actions to implement this Resolution including execution of any authorized renewals and any changes or amendments that do not exceed the amounts authorized herein.
