1320 South University Apartments LLC, is requesting three variances from Chapter 55 (Zoning), Section 5:10.20:

1.	A variance of 25 feet in order to permit a side yard setback of 15 feet; 40 feet is required. 
2.	A variance of 85 feet in order to permit a maximum height of 145 feet; 60 feet is the maximum permitted by code. 
3.	A variance ranging from 2 feet 6 inches to 34 feet in order to permit a variable rear setback ranging from 37 feet 6 inches to the rear of the proposed building to 6 feet from the closest residential zoning boundary to the southeast corner of the building; 40 feet is minimum required.</description><pubDate>Tue, 16 May 2023 02:35:26 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
