Ann Arbor Public Art Commission
Established By Section 1:238, Chapter 8, Title I of the Ann Arbor City Code
Bylaws approved April 19, 2010 by R-10-112

The purpose of the Ann Arbor Public Art Commission (AAPAC) is to serve as the oversight body for the City’s Public Art Ordinance.

Special Qualifications for Appointment
Members shall have experience and/or an interest in the placement, creation, or design of public art.

Length of Terms
3 years

Meeting Times and Frequency
The commission will meet on a bi-monthly basis starting in 2017.

Membership/Committee Composition
Nine voting members, nominated by the Mayor and approved by the City Council.
One non-voting member who is the City Administrator or her/his designee
