Audit Committee
Established by Resolution No. R-469-11-06 on November 9, 2006.

Purpose
To interview and recommend to the City Council the selection of the auditor, oversee the audit process, and oversee the implementation of the auditor's recommendations.

Special Qualifications for Appointment
Councilmembers are appointed by the Mayor pursuant to Section 4.2(8) of the City Charter.
