How Establishede: Established by R-32-2-05 by Ann Arbor City Council on 2/7/05. Dissolved by R-625-12-05 by Ann Arbor City Council on 12/5/05. Purpose: To ensure effective communications between the City Council, Planning Commission and the Downtown Development Authority, monitor timelines set by City Council and review and make recommendations to City Council no later than the first City Council Meeting in April, 2005 about the responses to the Request for Proposal ("RFP") issued by the City seeking an outside planning consultant. Membership/Committee Composition: Shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall consist of the following: 2 members of City Council, 2 members of City Planning Commission, 1 member of the Downtown Development Authority Board.
