Election Commission
Established by Section 13.7 of the City Charter.
Purpose
The Election Commission shall have charge of all activities and duties required of it by law and this charter relating to the conduct of City elections.
Special Qualifications for Appointment
Chief of Police, City Attorney, City Clerk.
Meeting Times and Frequency
As needed prior to election.
Membership/Committee Composition
Membership is 3 members, established by the City Charter: The Chief of Police, City Attorney and City Clerk.
