How Established
By Resolution No. R-627-12-05 on 12/5/05.
Purpose
To monitor the Plan's trustee(s), which are responsible for holding and investing plan assets in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement.
Responsible for making reasonable investment decisions consistent with the stated approach of the Plan, and reporting investment results on a regular basis as determined by the Plan fiduciaries.
The recordkeeper, which is responsible for maintaining and updating individual account balances as well as information regarding plan contributions, withdrawals, and distributions.
Length of Terms
One city employee appointed to a two-year term.
